İşbu sözleşme, VIP Transfer hizmetlerinin acenta tarafından çevrimiçi ortamda satışı için tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini belirler. Acenta; doğru bilgilendirme, mevzuata uyum, gizlilik ve platformun ödeme/iadeye ilişkin kurallarına uyacağını kabul eder. Komisyon, faturalama ve muhasebe süreçleri platform şartlarına tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Antalya Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

This agreement governs the online resale of VIP Transfer services by the agency. The agency agrees to comply with applicable laws, provide accurate information, respect privacy, and follow platform rules for payments and refunds. Commission, invoicing and accounting follow platform terms. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Antalya, Türkiye.
