DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms of sale and use of VIP transfer, airport transfer and tour/travel services offered by the seller to the customer.

3. Service Description

The seller provides VIP transfer services in Antalya and surrounding areas using VIP vehicles. Services are provided with vehicles such as Mercedes Vito, Mercedes Sprinter and similar VIP vehicles.

4. Payment Method

For reservations made through the website, the payment method is determined as cash payment. Payment may be made before or during the service.

5. Reservation and Cancellation Policy

The customer may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 1 hour before the service time.

Since ANTALYA HERMES TRANSFER prioritizes customer satisfaction, customer rights are also respected in cancellations made on the day of the service.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The customer accepts that the information provided during the reservation is accurate.

The seller is responsible for providing the transfer service completely and on time according to the reservation.

7. Force Majeure

In cases such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, weather conditions or other situations beyond control, the service may be delayed or cancelled. In such cases the seller cannot be held responsible.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
